This
family managed little farm produce
wine and olive oil in the old
fashion way. Every guest is
warmly welcome and discreetly
assisted to let him enjoy the
beauty of the surrounding nature.
Farm holiday centre “Collina
Toscana Resort”,
part of the homonymous farm,
lays in Monsummano Terme,
on the slopes of Montalbano,
between Montecatini Terme (7
km) and Vinci (18 km) Leonardo
birthplace, take its name from
its typical shaped territory
(little hills and valleys) of
25.000 square metres farmed
with olive grooves, vineyards,
orchard, vegetable garden and
a little coppice.
The farm holiday has been created
in the former farmhouse saving
the traditional Tuscan farm
architecture but with all modern
comforts. |
It has 3 apartments and 4 bedrooms,
with 20 beds in total, which take their
names from the surrounding hills and
villages.
The same building is still used by the
regular farm activities. In the “Cantinetta”
(wine shop) you will find on sale all
our products. You can also visit the
cellar with its oak “barriques”
to age the wine and the modern steel
barrel for the first part of the process
of wine-making and to preserve the fresh
olive oil.
In front of the Casale is the former
Stable also renewed and reserved to
wine and other products tasting.
Thank to the traditional process
still used in our farm we can offer
high quality products like wine and
extra-virgin olive oil with all the
natural taste which made this products
famous all over the world.
In Tuscany, where tradition and territory
are two inseparably linked concepts,
our farm is an excellent example of
preservation of the natural heritage.

CASALE
The apartments and bedrooms
have been created in the 18th century
farmhouse, part of it even of the
17th century, completely renewed by
Luca e Simona who planned and directed
all restoration works. Simona and
her staff chosed the materials and
furniture trying to keep the original
aspect restorating the old wood body
bolsters and using the typical Florentine
baked clay, but introducing all modern
comforts.
FERNANDO
Fernando, our farmer, know
by hand every inch of the farm and
follows every aspect of our productions,
personally taking care of the 400
olive trees, vineyards, orchards and
vegetable gardens. He will be pleased
to make a short tour around the farm
with you to discover all little secrets
of wine and olive oil production.
Time goes by very slowly in a farm
and you will be delighted to follow
this magic rhythm from sunshine to
sunset.

Our four paws friends; Luna,
a beautiful English Mastiff and Moro
a lovely horse, will welcome you and
be glad to play anytime.
THE
OLD STABLE
Next to the “Casale”
is the Old Stable. Actually the only
old thing you will find here are the
original agricultural tools used here
in former times. Now, completely restored
and decorated, we organize here all
kind of tasting from wine to our tasteful
olive oil (olives are handy picked
and single cold squeezed).
